If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must have the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
